I am a graduate student in the Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University. I work with individuals aged 16 and older, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, relationships, self-care, and hormonal mental health challenges. I bring a genuine passion for mental health and well-being, along with a thoughtful, integrative approach to my work.
I work from a biopsychosocial perspective, recognizing the complex ways that biological, psychological, and social factors shape each person’s experience. I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet clients where they are, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to best support their needs in a way that feels supportive and collaborative.
I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel genuinely seen and heard. I welcome you to reach out and book a session today. I look forward to meeting you!
