Hello!
My name is Courtney and I offer a gentle, down-to-earth therapy space for students, trauma survivors, and individuals struggling with breakups, low self-esteem, depression and anxiety. My work is grounded in compassion, emotional depth, and the belief that healing is a slow, creative, and non- linear.
Clients often come to me feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves and their relationships. Together, we take a soft, steady approach to help you reconnect with your inner voice and build confidence, clarity, and self-trust.
I am an integrative therapist who uses Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and Person-Centred techniques dependant on the best fit for my client’s needs. I’m trauma-informed (CCTP-II certified), and offer long-format sessions where there’s space to reflect and unfold at your own pace regardless of the ups and downs that occur.
My style is soulful, collaborative, and gently challenging. I strive to create a space that feels safe, warm, and welcoming to all parts of you.
