Life can be overwhelming and can sometimes have a negative impact on you. You can feel drained, alone, and uncertain how to move through things. Competing personal, family, relationship and career responsibilities can lead to stress, anxiety, low mood and a feeling of helplessness. You might feel that you should be able to manage everything. More than ever, we need connection, self-compassion and resiliency. This is what I hope to offer you as I walk beside you on your journey.
As a bilingual Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and psychotherapist-in-training, I (pronouns she/her) am passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all clients using an approach that is client-centered, non-judgmental, and solution-focused. Based on client needs, I employs a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy for emotional and attachment healing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to address unhelpful thought patterns, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation and interpersonal issues. I’m also training to offer EMDR therapy. With a background in human resources, recruitment, and coaching, I will utilize empathy and active listening to support you in navigating life’s twists and turns while helping you discover and live your authentic life.
