With a background in mental health nursing, my goal is to look at your life as a whole person, understanding your past and current struggles (roots), with a positive mindset for a bright and hopeful future (sprouts).
The goal is to help you feel empowered and to reconnect with your authentic self. I offer space for you to gain deeper insights, confidence, self-awareness, and self-compassion.
I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, and Talk Therapy. Together, in discussion, we can decide your goals and which therapy modality will be most helpful for you.
I provide online therapy with a specialization in supporting people with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviours, and trauma. My therapeutic approach focuses on emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual balance. My healing space is safe, confidential, compassionate, anti-racist, nonjudgmental, and trauma-informed.
