Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming—especially when you’ve been the one holding everything together for everyone else. Maybe you’ve been moving through your days on autopilot, juggling work, family, and expectations, but underneath it all, you’re feeling drained, anxious, or stuck. You might be struggling with burnout, self-doubt, or the pressure to keep it all together when inside you feel anything but steady. Sometimes it’s not one big thing, but the slow buildup of responsibilities, worries, and emotions that start to weigh you down. You tell yourself to just keep going, but somewhere deep down, you know something needs to change.
Perhaps you’ve noticed that life feels harder than it should—whether that’s managing your emotions, navigating relationships, coping with ADHD or focus challenges, or trying to find your own balance and confidence again. You might be feeling disconnected from yourself, wondering when life started feeling so heavy or when you stopped feeling like you. Maybe you’re torn between who you are and who others expect you to be, or you’ve spent so long caring for everyone else that you’ve forgotten what it’s like to put yourself first.
Whatever your story looks like, you don’t have to face it alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, take a breath, and start untangling what feels too heavy to carry on your own. Together, we can explore what’s been holding you back and begin to rebuild from a place of compassion and understanding.
I offer affordable online therapy across Ontario, including Burlington and surrounding areas, for individuals who are ready to reconnect with themselves and find more peace, clarity, and balance in their lives. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are—no masks, no expectations—and begin the process of healing and rediscovering what it means to feel grounded and whole again.
I work with people navigating:
· Anxiety
· Stress and burnout
· Major life transitions
· ADHD and focus challenges
· Low self-esteem or self-criticism
· Balancing cultural expectations with personal identity
· Caregiver stress and compassion fatigue
· Setting boundaries and people pleasing
· Balancing your own needs with others’ expectations
· Processing difficult emotions (like guilt, shame, grief or anger)
Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to carry it alone.
My Approach
My approach is warm, grounded, and flexible.
I’ve seen firsthand how overlapping struggles—like emotional stress, relationship challenges, and self-doubt can weigh people down. My own journey has included navigating layers of identity, managing the ups and downs of late-diagnosed ADHD, and working through the push and pull of cultural expectations. I know how confusing it can feel to carry these tensions while still trying to move forward. But I’ve also witnessed the strength and resilience people bring to the process of growth, even when they don’t feel it themselves. That perspective shapes how I show up: with patience, openness, and a deep belief that your story matters and deserves space to be heard.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under supervision, I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from different evidence-based methods depending on what feels most supportive for you. Some of the approaches I often use include:
· Person-Centred Therapy
· Relational Approach
· Psychodynamic Therapy
· Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
· Mindfulness and Somatic Body-Based Practices
· Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Therapy is not a formula, but a collaborative process shaped by your story and goals. Together, we’ll weave these approaches to create a safe, supported space where you can slow down, reflect and find new ways forward.
