About Me
Many people come to therapy while navigating chronic illness, cancer, grief, caregiving, anxiety, trauma, or major life transitions. These experiences can change how we see ourselves, our relationships, and our future, and they can feel overwhelming, isolating, and difficult to talk about with the people around us.
Therapy can be a place where you do not have to carry everything alone. I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental virtual therapy space for individuals across Ontario, including Toronto, where you can talk openly about what you are going through, make sense of your experiences, and begin to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Many of my clients are people who are used to being the strong one for everyone else. Therapy becomes a place where they can finally be supported, too. I also strive to offer low-cost, affordable therapy options to make support more accessible.

My Background
I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University and am practicing under clinical supervision.
In addition to my psychotherapy training, I am also a Cancer Care Doula and have more than 30 years of lived and professional experience in healthcare environments, supporting individuals and families through:
Diagnosis and treatment
Survivorship
Caregiving
End-of-life and grief
This experience deeply informs my therapy work and my understanding of the emotional impact of illness and life-changing events.
My Therapy Style

Warm
Calm

Compassionate
Grounded
Collaborative
I believe therapy is not about fixing you; it is about understanding your story, building skills, and helping you move forward with more clarity, strength, and self-compassion.
