My name is Daniella and I am a Social Service Worker. I recently graduated from Seneca College’s Social Service Worker program and obtained my Honours Bachelor of Arts – Criminal Justice from the University of Guelph in 2021.
My approach to counselling focuses on implementing a strengths-based approach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness. I strive to create non-judgemental, empathetic, honest, and safe relationships with all clients. I have extensive experience working with children, youth and young adults. Some areas of my expertise include anxiety, depression, stress, eating disorders, self-esteem and self-worth.
