About…

Hello, and welcome. At its heart, therapy is about human connection — sometimes what we need most is a safe and supportive space where we don’t have to carry life’s challenges alone. I see therapy as walking alongside you: offering perspective, helping make sense of what you’re noticing, and supporting you through the hard parts. You’re not alone, and at the same time you’re learning how to navigate your own path with more clarity and confidence.

I use an integrative approach, drawing from different therapeutic models and tools to best support each client. This makes therapy personalized and allows us to explore what works best for you. My goal is to not only support you in the moment, but also to introduce you to skills and perspectives you can carry forward to help you feel empowered and live the life you want. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationship concerns, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, or simply wanting a deeper understanding of yourself, we’ll work together to find the tools and strategies that make sense for you.

One of the most important parts of therapy is the connection between counsellor and client, so finding the right fit matters. I welcome clients of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences. I offer flexible scheduling with day, evening, and weekend sessions, as well as a free phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit. I offer low cost counseling and pay-what-you-will counselling.
