If you’re feeling overwhelmed, caught in self-doubt, or navigating a big life transition–you’re not alone. You might be carrying grief, guilt, burnout, or uncertainty about how to move forward. Perhaps you’re trying to break deeply ingrained patterns, questioning your personal or professional identity, or living with the challenges of chronic illness or caregiving. You’re seeking a space where you can truly be heard and understood, a place to explore who you are, and how your past and present shape your experience. Together, we can cultivate clarity, self-compassion, and deeper connections with yourself and those around you.
I offer a warm, collaborative space rooted in compassion, respect, and trust. My work is person-centred and trauma-informed, drawing from relational, narrative, and strengths-based approaches, with an emphasis on how identity, lived experience, and systemic factors shape our inner worlds.
Before training as a therapist, I began my work as a registered nurse supporting individuals and families through cancer, chronic illness, grief, and life-altering transitions. These experiences continue to inform my work—and they also fuel my commitment to advocacy and to ensuring that healing spaces are accessible, affirming, and empowering—where you feel heard and validated.
I know how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for help. Starting therapy is a brave and meaningful step in your journey–and you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re looking for a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you. You are welcome here, just as you are.
