I focus on relational/relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and work-related stress. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other learning differences. I use a collaborative and empathic approach to explore each client’s worldview and build strong therapeutic relationships. Being authentic with clients is of the utmost importance to me, so I strive to be present and genuine in each moment, allowing us to speak our minds freely. I use an integrative and eclectic approach, using interventions and ideas from several different modalities and theories to support each client. These strategies will be used to best support the needs and goals of each client. In my work, I help individuals develop healthier relationships with themselves and others, throughout the therapeutic process. I am currently a Master’s Student at Yorkville University, working at the Insight and Wellness (IW) Clinic, and under supervision at this clinic. I am seeing clients at the IW clinic as well as online.
