Hi, I’m Davina.
Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may find yourself constantly overthinking, struggling with self-confidence, feeling emotionally exhausted, navigating relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and accepted without judgment. My goal is to provide a compassionate environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.
I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, emotional regulation challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply looking for a space to process what you’re carrying, therapy can help you gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and build a stronger relationship with yourself.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from person-centred, cognitive behavioural (CBT), strength-based, attachment-based, and mindfulness-informed approaches to support meaningful and lasting change.
Some sessions may focus on learning practical tools and strategies, while others may simply provide a safe space to talk, reflect, and feel supported through life’s challenges. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Healing doesn’t always start with having the right words. Sometimes it begins with simply having a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
I offer virtual counselling throughout British Columbia and would be honoured to support you on your journey.
