My approach is trauma-informed and holistic and, together, we would work through the challenges in your life. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and embodiment approaches.
