About…

I support individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, overthinking, emotional exhaustion, perfectionism, and self-worth struggles. My work is especially focused on supporting immigrants, children of immigrants, healthcare professionals, and high-functioning adults who often appear “fine” on the outside while internally carrying chronic stress, guilt, pressure, or emotional overwhelm.

Many of my clients struggle with people-pleasing, over-responsibility, difficulty slowing down, or feeling emotionally disconnected from themselves after years of prioritizing survival, achievement, or caregiving for others. Some come from backgrounds where emotions were minimized, vulnerability felt unsafe, or self-worth became tied to productivity and responsibility.

My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally aware. I integrate CBT, DBT, inner child work, attachment-focused exploration, and nervous-system-informed care to help clients better understand their patterns, regulate emotions, strengthen self-worth, and move beyond survival mode.

Before transitioning into psychotherapy, I worked as a Registered Nurse for over a decade. That experience deeply shaped my understanding of burnout, emotional exhaustion, caregiving roles, and the unique pressures healthcare professionals often carry. As an immigrant myself, I also bring personal insight into the complexities of cultural identity, family expectations, belonging, and navigating multiple worlds.

I strive to create a space where clients feel emotionally safe, understood, and supported in reconnecting with themselves with greater self-compassion and awareness.
