Your healing matters. Everyone has a life story and I’m interested in learning about yours and how you got to where you are today. As a therapist, I take a holistic approach and offer several different treatment modalities to help you discover your path to healing and goals for a life lived deeply and with meaning. I believe in a client-centred approach and provide a warm, empathic, caring and non-judgemental space to help you meet your goals. I look forward to offering my services to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds as well.
I have over ten years of experience working in health care research including developing programs for underserviced and marginalized populations. Hearing their struggles, I have always been interested in learning about people’s life stories. As a mother of three children (including twins), I also understand the challenges of parenting and finding ways to connect with our loved ones and ourselves.
I will be using various therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.
My passion is to support and empower individuals to discover and achieve their goals, to find more meaning and fulfilment in their lives.
