I provide psychotherapy to youth and adults coping with a range of unique challenges. My expertise is supporting individuals healing from trauma or wanting to resolve past hurts. If you are feeling stuck in a pattern of emotional block, anxiety, low mood, decreased motivation, high reactivity, or general (social/personal/relational) dysfunction, we can work together to build the changes you want to see in your life. I am strengths-focused and believe that change, growth, and healing is always possible.

I strive to create a meaningful experience for all individuals I work with, built on a foundation of respect, care, non-judgement, collaboration, and authenticity. My practice is deeply rooted in feminist and anti-oppressive principles and welcomes diversity.
