Accepting new clients – Have you ever felt like life keeps handing you more than you can realistically hold? Reaching out for support does not mean you have failed. It means you are ready for things to feel different. In our work together, you will have a space where you do not have to carry everything on your own. I am here to listen, understand, and help you make sense of what is happening in your world. We will move at your pace, focusing on what matters most and creating a path forward that feels achievable, grounding, and meaningful.
I support clients navigating ADHD, addictions, emotional dysregulation, career challenges, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and experiences within BIPOC communities. My approach integrates ACT, Attachment and Adlerian perspectives, DBT, Emotion Focused Therapy, IFS, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and culturally and trauma informed practices.
Together, we will use therapeutic tools that align with your goals and your way of experiencing the world. My aim is to help you build clarity, confidence, and emotional skills so the load feels lighter and you feel more supported as you move through life.
