Making changes in life requires courage and dedication, especially when the changes force you to reinvent yourself in so many ways.
You may be struggling with work, family, you may feel lost, you may be going through or feel like you need to make changes in your life and you don’t know how and where to start. Psychotherapy can help us to understand ourselves, develop more satisfying relationships, and live the life we long to lead.
I graduated in 2007, and since then, I have worked with families, couples, children, adults and adolescents with various issues including anxiety, stress, postpartum depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, anger management, self-esteem and coping difficulties.
As a psychotherapist, I am trained to listen in an empathic, understanding, and focused way. By providing a safe, non-judgmental and confidential setting allows me to understand you, your needs, your goals and the best way for us to work together to help you to achieve them.
My work is client-centered using a combination of modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, among others, according to the client’s unique needs.
If you are seeking genuine care, compassion and connection, I invite you to reach out to begin our work together. I am a psychotherapist registered for supervised practice with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and I will be honoured to work with you and help you to achieve your goals.
