About…

“Everyone wants to hold the new baby. Who holds the mom?”

Motherhood is the ultimate personal development experience, but it can be a lonely one. Whether you are preparing for motherhood, struggling to conceive, feeling scared or unsupported in your pregnancy, experiencing birth trauma, or suffering with feelings of depression or anxiety as a new parent, mental health in the perinatal journey is just as important as physical health and recovery.

As a therapist and fellow mama, my passion is creating safe spaces for women and men walking the path to parenthood and beyond. I create a friendly and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, fears, and concerns about pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.

My approach is evidence-based and grounded in empathy, understanding, and collaboration. Through a combination of CBT techniques, narrative practices, and psychoeducation, I equip my clients with tools to cultivate resilience during this transformative time. If you need help, don’t hesitate to reach out and book a free consultation today!
