I have earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and am a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. With years in social services field, coupled with commitment of making a difference in people’s lives, I am trained and equipped to utilize various evidence-based techniques (i.e., Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and more) because I strongly believe that ‘no one size fits all’, and counselling and psychotherapy is an individualized approach. I will work with you to set and reach short and long-term goals helping you manage varieties of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, distress/stress, adjustment difficulties, interpersonal conflicts, self-esteem, as well as trauma and addiction.
