About…

My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and respect-focused, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed and neuro-informed practice. I prioritize creating a therapeutic environment that fosters safety, empowerment, and trust. Rooted in empathy, authenticity, and non-judgment, I strive to create a warm and welcoming space where clients feel supported to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

People seek therapy for many different reasons—whether it’s navigating a significant life transition, processing past trauma, coping with loss, or simply gaining deeper self-awareness and personal insight. Whatever your reason for seeking support, I am here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you on your journey.

I draw from a variety of modalities, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. My approach is flexible and adaptable to ensure alignment with each client’s therapeutic goals and values.

Reaching out for support takes courage and finding the right therapeutic fit is essential. I offer a complementary 20-30 minute no obligation consultation so we can meet and see if we’re the right fit. Whether you’re a BC resident in search of remote counselling, or a Victoria local looking for in-person services, I would love to connect and discuss how I can help you on your path to continued growth and healing.
