(she/her/hers)
Hello and welcome! I’m glad you landed here. My name is Emillie and in my practice, I aim to create an accepting and compassionate space for you to explore challenging experiences, process emotions, share your story, and nurture meaningful connections with yourself and others.
- Leading with intentional curiosity and respect, together, we will navigate through anxiety, emotional fluctuations, relationship conflicts, trauma (including but not limited to racial, generational, and vicarious trauma), and moments of self-discovery.
- I specialize in helping individuals manage stress, navigate life changes, overcome perfectionism, and cope with anxiety. My focus is on supporting BIPOC individuals, including first and second-generation Canadians, as they navigate the complexities of racial and cultural identity and heal from childhood or intergenerational traumas.
- My work is grounded in trauma-informed and anti-oppressive principles. It is also informed by my lived experiences as a Filipino-Canadian woman of colour. I prioritize your cultural values, and identities using client-centred, holistic methods.
I intend to create a space where you feel truly heard and supported, nurturing lasting transformations in your genuine self-awareness and self-love.
Curious if we’re a good match? Reach out to book an initial consultation—I’m looking forward to connecting with you!
