I am a registered psychotherapist, specializing in Expressive based therapy. I look at therapy as a path towards healing, with a holistic approach towards health and mental wellness. Trauma-informed expressive arts therapy is based on the idea that art and writing expression is helpful in reconnecting implicit (sensory) and explicit (declarative) memories of trauma and in the treatment of trauma.
