I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and I have completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University. I help individuals with addictions, stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, boundary setting, and people-pleasing. I pull aspects from various treatment approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused brief therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and harm reduction, to help meet you where you are in the therapy process.
With my previous experience working in addictions and mental health, I am able to recognize how important mental health is, and how important it is to create a solid foundation. I believe in using a holistic, client-centred, and individual approach to counselling, as everyone is different and will need a different approach.
My priority is providing a safe space for my clients to open up and share their experiences. I know first hand that it can be hard to reach out and find a good fit between therapist and client, this is why I offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals and see if we are a good fit for therapy.
