Hi there, I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to move at your own pace.
I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns. Many of my clients find themselves overthinking, people-pleasing, being hard on themselves, or feeling disconnected from who they are and what they need. I also have a special interest in emotional eating and body image concerns, and approach this work from a weight-inclusive, anti-diet perspective.
In therapy, we’ll work together to better understand your experiences, your emotions, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I believe therapy is not just about coping with symptoms, but about developing a deeper understanding of yourself and creating lasting change. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and tailored to each person’s unique needs.
I draw from a variety of approaches including psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and parts work, helping clients develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and emotional resilience.
Please feel free to reach out for a free 20-minute consultation to see if we might be a good fit. Limited reduced-rate and sliding scale virtual sessions are available.
