As a Masters in Counselling student qualified to practice under supervision, I draw from Psychodynamic, Narrative, and Strengths-Based approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we can explore how past experiences may be shaping your present, deepen your self-understanding, and support you in reclaiming your story in a way that empowers and motivates you.
I work with individuals navigating a range of concerns, including relationship challenges, anxiety, work/life balance and self-esteem.
