Affordable Therapy for Anxiety, Self-Esteem, and Relationship Challenges
Have you ever felt disconnected from yourself, like you are moving through life but have lost touch with your own needs, values, or sense of direction? Anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, and difficult life experiences can sometimes make it hard to trust yourself or recognize the strengths you already carry.
I believe therapy is not about fixing something that is broken. You were never broken. Therapy is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, understand your story, and strengthen your inner compass, the part of you that helps guide your choices, relationships, and sense of self.
About Me
With a background in English Language and Literature, I have always been drawn to the power of stories. The stories we carry about ourselves shape how we understand our past, navigate our present, and imagine our future. Together, we can explore your story with curiosity and compassion, honouring the experiences that shaped you while rewriting the beliefs and narratives that no longer serve you. Through this process, we can create space for greater self-trust, connection, and possibility.
For the past eight years, I have worked as a caseworker, supporting people through some of life’s most difficult and uncertain periods. This role taught me the importance of meeting people with empathy, dignity, and genuine curiosity while helping them navigate challenges and access support. Those values remain at the heart of my work as a therapist.
I am also a mother, a lifelong learner, and someone who understands that being human often means facing uncertainty, self-doubt, and anxiety. My own experiences have reinforced my belief that healing happens when we feel seen, understood, and accepted just as we are.
Who I Work With
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I provide affordable, accessible therapy for adults navigating:
- Relationship challenges, break ups, infidelity & attachment concerns
- Self-esteem and self-confidence concerns
- Anxiety, stress and emotional overwhelm
- Life transitions and personal growth
- Identity exploration and reconnecting with yourself
- Difficulty setting boundaries or prioritizing your own needs
Together, we can explore the experiences that have shaped you, build greater self-connection, and create space for meaningful growth and change.
My Approach
My approach is warm and collaborative. I believe meaningful change begins through connection, in a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted.
I integrate approaches including:
- Person-Centered Therapy – A compassionate, collaborative approach that creates a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences while supporting personal growth at your own pace.
- Psychodynamic Therapy – Explores how past experiences and relationship patterns continue to influence your present life, helping build insight, self-understanding, and meaningful change over time.
- Attachment-Based Therapy – Explores how past relationships and attachment patterns shape the way we connect, communicate, build trust, and experience relationships.
- Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT) – Centers on your strengths, goals, and existing resources to support meaningful change and identify practical steps forward.
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – Examines the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while supporting the development of healthier perspectives and coping strategies.
- Narrative Therapy – Invites you to explore the stories and beliefs you carry about yourself, creating space to reshape narratives that no longer reflect who you are.
