Emma is a Registered Social Worker who provides compassionate, client-centred virtual therapy to individuals across Ontario. She works with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional well-being, offering a safe and supportive space to explore experiences and build meaningful change.
Emma’s approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. She integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care, along with relational and psychodynamic approaches, to support clients in developing insight, emotional regulation, and practical coping strategies. She also incorporates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) when working with couples.
Emma understands that starting therapy can feel overwhelming. Her goal is to create a calm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported at their own pace.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on financial need and current availability. Emma is committed to making therapy more accessible and encourages individuals to reach out to discuss options.
Emma offers virtual therapy sessions across Ontario, allowing clients to access support from the comfort and privacy of their own space.
