About…

My practice is currently full. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to be added to my waitlist.

It might seem like everyone else has it all figured out. You might blame yourself for not being perfect or for not measuring up to other peoples’ standards. You might feel overwhelmed by anxious thoughts or the sense that you don’t quite belong. These struggles can feel isolating, especially when others expect you to simply move past them. You don’t have to go through this alone. Together, we can make space for what feels heavy and support your path forward.

My approach:

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Expressive Arts Therapist under clinical supervision, I integrate arts-based, somatic, relational and mindful approaches to create a safe space where you can explore difficulties, knowing you’ll be met without judgment.

In our work together, all of your feelings are welcome. I’ll meet you where you’re at and I’ll follow your lead. If exploring through the arts, we would do so in a way that feels right to you, and always at your own pace.

About me:

For much of my life, as a highly sensitive person and artist, I often felt like I didn’t fit and blamed myself for the discomfort I carried. Therapy helped me understand my experience and soften toward myself. This is a big part of why I am drawn to supporting others in this work.

In addition to my formal education, I bring 20 years of experience working and training in the world of the performing arts. This background has shaped my understanding of how gently exploring the voice, the body and a sense of play can support grounding and a deeper connection to the self.

Let’s connect:

To learn more, I invite you to reach out for a free 30-minute consultation. I offer low-cost in-person sessions on Saturdays near St. Clair subway station in Toronto. I also offer a limited number of virtual sessions on weeknights.

You’re already on the right path. Let’s explore how you might move through the world with a greater sense of peace and ease.
