While currently completing my Masters degree, I come from many years of background in supporting individuals in creating growth and meaningful change in their lives. My approach is warm, non-judgement, and human, and together we’ll work together to create a therapeutic space that feels like your own, so we can focus on past, present, and future.
I like to draw from a trauma-informed holistic approach that considers mind, body, and environment, while also pulling from ACT, EFT, mindfulness, Gottmans, and existentialism, that becomes more than “just talking.” My interest is in anxiety, life change, menopause, parenting, and relationships.
