I believe therapy is about supporting your innate ability to heal and recover. Whether you’re frustrated, stuck, afraid of failing, and never feel good enough (been there); or you’re done with this pandemic (me too), I will listen and support you in cultivating greater awareness and compassion. I specialize in supporting folks struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, self discovery, inner criticism, inadequacy, inattention, and difficult transitions (career, school, relationships). We’ll discuss your goals, reconnect with your values, and explore new ways to move through life’s difficulties so you can do more of what matters to you.
I’m authentic, playful (when appropriate), & relaxed; balancing support & validation with explorations of areas for change. I use an integrative approach, drawing primarily from ACT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, somatic practices, & DBT. I bring a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive stance grounded in LGBTQ2S+, poly/non-monogamy, and sex positivity.
