(She/Her)

I am Erica (She/her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I recognize and honour the vulnerability and bravery it takes to acknowledge your mental health needs and to reach out for help. As a therapist, I am committing to supporting my clients on their journey to improve their mental health and wellbeing by ensuring they feel heard and respected.

My approach is one from the perspective and understanding that you are the expert of your own life. I apply a client-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to the therapeutic process, supporting you through a personal self-discovery, self-growth, and self-improvement process. I approach each client with curiosity and empathy, learning with you as you discovery yourself.

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, life transitions, relationships, career and sport performance challenges. Together, we will develop a plan that aligns with your unique needs, experiences, and preferences by pulling from various therapeutic modalities. Within my practice, I utilize techniques that best suit your needs from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptive and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, existential therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.

I offer individual therapy sessions online and by phone. I encourage you to set up a free consultation call here to discuss the opportunity for working together. I look forward to hearing from you.
