I have training in many different modalities including couples therapy offering both a clinical and spiritual approach to psychotherapy. This enables us to focus on the integration of mind, body and spirit when co-creating strategies during our sessions. My mission is to help you identify your goals and needs, while instilling a feeling of safety, trust and understanding and to foster resilience, direction and assurance in the achievement of your goals. I will gently guide you in the exploration of your conscious and unconscious reactions that may present in the form of emotions such as anxiety, fear, anger or regret while you shift your mindset and behaviours towards your internal hopes, dreams and desires.
