I believe that relief, healing and growth comes from self-understanding, cultivating innate internal resources, breaking self-defeating cycles, and improving relationship dynamics. In therapy, we will look at who you are, what you want and what you need.
I work with adults on an individual basis, who experience a wide range of concerns: depression, anxiety, sexual concerns, burnout, insecurities, past emotional wounds, family issues and more, using psychodynamic, gestalt, attachment-based and trauma-informed therapies. In our sessions, I will actively engage with you, offer insight and maybe challenge you.
In my work, I focus on the natural ability people have to heal and flourish. Together, we will unpack parts of your story, understand the source of your concerns, sit with difficult emotions, and experiment with new cognitive and behavioural patterns. 15-min consultation are available to check for fit.
