I believe that all people have the capacity to find healing and wisdom in themselves. I approach therapy through a multicultural and trauma-informed lens where you are supported to be the expert in your own life and empowered in the work we do.
It is important for me to create a safe environment grounded in empathy, trust and compassion, balanced with critical thinking. I’m excited to work with people with diverse life experiences. I will do the work to understand your life, your background, and your identities.
I am interested in integrating creativity, embodiment and mindfulness practices to help navigate difficult emotions and thoughts, but I am most interested in what works for you as an individual. We will explore together in a collaborative way, where you feel understood and in charge of the process.
I value my autonomy in my own life, and I want to help other people to experience how powerful they can be.
