My Approach
As a pre-licensed counsellor under clinical supervision and a South Asian (BIPOC) therapist, I take a compassionate, culturally sensitive, person-centered approach. I welcome individuals of all backgrounds, and I’m LGBTQ+ affirming. I tailor each session to your needs and work at a pace that feels comfortable. I’m completing my M.A. in Counselling Psychology under a clinical supervisor, and I draw from evidence-based practices including:
