Do you find yourself navigating grief due to the loss of a companion animal, beloved family member, or friend? Are you feeling like you have disconnected from or outgrown a job or relationship? Are self-acceptance, authenticity, and belonging areas of struggle? The spectrum of human emotion and experience is a sacred space in which I find great privilege in travelling the depths with clients, as both a witness and truth seeker. The liminal space is not one where you ever need to feel alone or under-resourced; for within the connective experience of therapy, my hope is for you to know greater ease and a clearer way forward.
As a graduate student in the practicum stage of my Master’s in Counselling Psychology (under clinical supervision), I draw on relational, person-centred, compassion-focused, and somatic frameworks. My work supports insight, emotional healing, and lasting change through a collaborative and compassionate process.
If you’re looking to connect with someone who is compassionately guided, depathologizing, and non-judgmental in their approach, and is skilled at listening and bearing witness to what lives in the unspoken, languageless spaces, then please book a free 15-minute call to explore the possibility of me supporting you in providing therapy!
