I’m passionate about helping people find hope, healing, and freedom—even in life’s everyday challenges. Whether you’re feeling weighed down by stress or anxiety, experiencing low mood, facing relationship struggles, supporting a loved one, or searching for meaning in a chaotic world, I offer warmth, empathy, and genuine curiosity.
My path to this work is deeply personal. For more than a decade, my family and I navigated difficult mental health challenges. The hope we found—through understanding these conditions and learning strategies to shift thoughts, emotions, and behaviours—inspired me to leave my career as a software executive and dedicate myself to sharing it with others like you.
Offering compassion combined with a thoughtful, evidence-based approach, I draw on neuroscience and proven therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) that create real and lasting change.
I also volunteer as President of the Ottawa Network for Borderline Personality Disorder (ON-BPD), where I lead the Family Connections program and have hosted public lectures with psychiatrists and health leaders who share the latest research and treatment options.
Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship or career challenges—or just seeking to grow—you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and practical tools you can use to make meaningful change.
