About…

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or just want to understand yourself better, I can help. With me as your therapist I will guide you through a journey of self-discovery, exploring the roots of your struggles in childhood and major life events. By understanding your past to inform your present, you can learn how to live your life as your authentic self, and not be weighed down by the expectations of others. Whether virtually or in person, our sessions are tailored to your unique needs.

As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I offer a safe and supportive space for clients seeking to heal from their past and create a deepened understanding of themselves. I am a trauma informed therapist with treatment training for anxiety, depression, grief, and emotional abuse recovery. I also work from a feminist oriented lens, and am LGBT-allied.
Let’s work together and take the first step towards learning more about your core self, how you relate to others, and how this can transform how you relate to the world.
