Being a physician-turned psychotherapist adds a medical lens to the mental challenges, leading to better assessments and treatment plans. Being an immigrant who lived in two multicultural countries, my medical background, and a bio-psycho-social lens, significantly impact how I see individual struggles and how I chose the treatment plans.
