The key to mental well-being and healing is to feel whatever presents itself without trying to change it. To seek others who can support you by listening without judging, without trying to fix you, without giving you advice and without minimizing your experience. I’m here to walk beside you, to support you on your path. I offer a safe space for you to feel seen and heard. Together we can explore patterns in your relationships and allow hidden aspects to emerge and support your growth. We play in the unknown and find new and creative ways to work through issues.
My approach is active and adaptable, focusing on developing awareness of our experience in the present moment. With awareness comes choice and freedom to live life more fully. Working this way, we sense how our emotional and physical selves are connected and how our well-being interweaves with our environment.
I practice relational psychotherapy, and I completed my studies at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto. I hold an MFA from York University and have completed the Foundations of Expressive Arts program at the Create Institute. I am a member of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy.
It takes courage to reach out for support. Whether you’re new to therapy or you’re looking to try a new approach, I look forward to connecting with you.
I offer a free 30-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit and to discuss any questions, big or small, that you have. You can book a consultation via email.
