Sometimes when the loneliness creeps up, we engage in behaviours that encourage isolation and withdrawal from society, our loved ones, and the spark within ourselves. Depression and anxiety are often common with these markers. This looks like taking more things on without asking for help, pushing others away to protect yourself and others, a disconnection between your higher power. In its deepest, it looks like suicidal ideation, worthlessness, low self-esteem.
