About…

Have you been feeling like you’re holding it all together on the outside, but inside something feels off? Maybe you’re navigating different versions of yourself depending on the space you’re in, or feeling the weight of expectations, culture, or past experiences. You might be the one others rely on, yet quietly wondering where you fit in.

I became a therapist because I understand how complex it can be to find your voice while trying to belong. Growing up as a Black woman in spaces where I didn’t always feel seen shaped my desire to create a space where you can show up fully, be understood, and explore who you are without pressure or judgment. You don’t have to shrink, explain, or filter yourself here. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and open to growth.

As a Pre-Licensed Professional and MA in Counseling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I support youth and adults navigating anxiety, identity concerns, relational challenges, and life transitions. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and are looking for clarity and direction. My approach is relational, person-centred, and psychodynamic, with a focus on understanding patterns, meaning, and connection. I also draw from CBT, narrative, and interpersonal approaches to help you make sense of your inner world and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, human, and grounded. I aim to create a space that feels real and warm, where you can be honest, gently challenged, and supported at the same time. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you while building insight, confidence, and emotional clarity.
