Our relationship with ourselves and those around us are building blocks of our own individual personality. I believe that to truly perform at our optimal best, it is important for us to understand and take care of our mental health just as we would for our physical health.
My understanding of mental concerns involves acknowledging that they are as individualistic as the person who is experiencing them. By working together, I hope I can provide you a comfortable and safe space to begin unpacking your concerns and ultimately creating a solution that fits your needs. Co-creating solutions has helped me through my own experiences, and I hope to provide a similar empathetic experience. My own lived experience includes trauma, stress, anxiety, depression and grief.
Through a collaborative and integrative, client-focused approach, we will work together to help you find a solution that is specifically tailored for you to perform at your optimal best. The modalities that I learn towards using are Cognitive-Behavioural Therapies, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
