As a Student Therapist, I offer a warm and nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without pressure or judgment. Many young adults and immigrants carry silent stress or the belief that they must manage everything on their own. My role is to help you slow down, tune into your inner world, and begin understanding your emotional landscape with more clarity and compassion.
I am a Pre-Licensed Professional completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, practicing under the supervision of Paula Ruiz, RP (CRPO #008198). I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, identity concerns, self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach integrates CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, allowing us to explore both your present challenges and the deeper patterns that may influence them.
I aim to create a therapeutic environment that feels grounding, culturally aware, and collaborative. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe and steady as you begin to understand your needs and develop tools for emotional balance.
If you are looking for a gentle, empathetic space to begin your personal growth journey, I would be honoured to support you.
