About…

You’re often the one others rely on—the responsible one, the dependable one who keeps everything together when things get stressful. From the outside, you may seem capable and composed, but internally you might feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or unsure how to keep up with everything you’ve been carrying. Over time, constantly showing up for others can make it hard to find space for your own needs without guilt.

I offer affordable virtual therapy for individuals across Ontario, including Toronto and surrounding areas, with sliding-scale options to help make therapy more accessible.

Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to hold everything on your own. I provide a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can speak openly about what you’re experiencing and begin to understand the patterns that may be contributing to burnout, stress, and emotional overwhelm.

I work with individuals navigating caregiver stress, burnout, family pressure, and feeling stuck in roles where they are always “the strong one.” Together, we explore what’s been weighing on you and develop practical ways to create balance, build boundaries, and reconnect with your own needs.

How I Can Help:
In therapy, I focus on creating emotional safety while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Our work may include exploring patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, understanding how past experiences shape your current responsibilities, and building tools that support emotional balance and sustainable change.

I Support Individuals With:

  • Burnout and chronic stress
  • Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
  • Family responsibility and caregiver roles
  • People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
  • Life transitions and identity concerns
  • Low self-esteem and self-criticism
  • Grief and loss
  • Feeling stuck or disconnected

My Approach

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student working under clinical supervision. I offer affordable therapy through low-cost and sliding scale options to reduce financial barriers and make support more accessible.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Sessions are collaborative, flexible, and tailored to your needs, with a focus on both insight and practical strategies you can use in your daily life.

What Therapy With Me Feels Like

Therapy with me is warm, grounded, and collaborative. You don’t have to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. We take time to understand what you’re experiencing, build insight into patterns, and work toward changes that feel realistic and sustainable.

About Me

I come from a close-knit cultural background where strength was often shown by carrying things quietly. Over time, I noticed how many people felt overwhelmed but didn’t have space to talk about it. This has shaped how I show up as a therapist—prioritizing understanding, patience, and genuine connection.
