About…

You’re the person everyone leans on, yet hardly anyone stops to ask if you’re okay.

Maybe you’ve spent years putting others first, keeping the peace, or carrying responsibilities that never felt like yours. Perhaps you grew up walking on eggshells, feeling criticized, emotionally neglected, or believing your needs came second. Now you find yourself overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or repeating relationship patterns you don’t fully understand. I work with adults navigating the lasting impact of childhood trauma, emotional abuse, family conflict, attachment wounds, and major life transitions.

I offer affordable virtual therapy for individuals across Ontario, including Toronto and surrounding areas, with sliding-scale options to help make therapy more accessible.

Therapy is a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone. My goal is to create a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can safely explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and begin making meaningful changes that feel sustainable.

I work with adults healing from childhood trauma, difficult family relationships, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, low self-worth, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences continue to shape the way you see yourself, relate to others, and cope with life’s challenges.

How I Can Help
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. While we work on practical coping strategies, we also explore the deeper patterns behind your emotions, relationships, and behaviours. Therapy isn’t only about managing symptoms—it’s about understanding where those patterns came from so you can respond differently moving forward.

I Support Individuals With:

  • Childhood trauma and complex trauma
  • PTSD and trauma-related symptoms
  • Emotional, physical, or sexual abuse
  • Family conflict and difficult family dynamics
  • Anxiety and depression
  • People-pleasing and boundary difficulties
  • Self-esteem and self-worth
  • Relationship and attachment concerns
  • Grief, loss, and life transitions
  • Emotional regulation and burnout

My Approach
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student practicing under clinical supervision. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and attachment-informed approaches. Every session is tailored to your goals, balancing insight with practical tools that support lasting change.

What Therapy With Me Feels Like
Clients often describe me as calm, approachable, and easy to talk to. You don’t need to have the right words or have everything figured out before starting therapy. We’ll work together to understand your story, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

About Me
Growing up in a close-knit South Asian family, I saw how easy it can be to carry responsibilities quietly while putting your own needs aside. That experience shaped my appreciation for the impact of family, culture, and relationships on mental health. Today, I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported as they work toward healing and self-understanding.

Let’s Connect
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a free 30-minute consultation so we can discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
