My Approach

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student working under clinical supervision. I offer affordable therapy through low-cost and sliding scale options, with the goal of making mental health support more accessible and sustainable. I provide online therapy for clients across Ontario, including Toronto and the GTA.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Therapy is collaborative and flexible with sessions that are shaped around your needs rather than a rigid structure. In virtual counselling sessions, we may explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships, reflect on how past experiences influence the present, and develop practical tools that support emotional balance in daily life.

I come from a close-knit cultural community where strength was often expressed by keeping emotions to oneself. Growing up, I noticed how many people carried stress, worry, or uncertainty quietly—often without access to affordable mental health care. I have always been someone others naturally confided in, and this has shaped both who I am and how I show up as a therapist.

My background working with individuals with diverse emotional and developmental needs taught me the importance of patience, presence, and listening beneath the surface. I believe therapy works best when it feels human, collaborative, and grounded in genuine understanding. You don’t need to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have everything figured out to begin low-cost, sliding scale, virtual therapy.
