About…

Have you been struggling with overwhelming feelings of stress, anxiety or depression? Are you looking to reclaim your life in a space that celebrates your unique identity?

Hello! My name is Noor (she/they) and I’m a South Asian, Queer & Neurodivergent therapist! I aim to provide you with a comfortable space where you can share your inner world and be met with curiosity, understanding, & compassion. With a deep understanding of the intersectionality between social identity & mental health, I am committed to helping you feel empowered through a collaborative, person-centered, trauma-informed, & anti-oppressive approach.

  • As we work together towards your goals for therapy, I will encourage you to connect with your inner world and support you in validating, feeling and releasing your emotions. We’ll also examine your beliefs, thoughts, relationships, and behaviours through a lens of curiosity and compassion.
  • I specialize in supporting folx with concerns such as intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, & dysfunctional families. I am dedicated to supporting all folx, but I’m particularly passionate about working with Queer, BIPOC, ENM/Polyamorous & Neurodivergent folx.
  • I provide therapy through an eclectic/integrative approach which draws from the following approaches: Humanistic, EFT, DBT, IFS, Somatic & Psychodynamic.

I invite you to reach out for a free 20 minute consultation if you have any questions or would like to explore how we can collaborate on your healing journey. Let us embark on this journey together and embrace the power of your story!
