I am currently a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with individuals (adolescents 15-18 and adults 18+) and couples. I offer both in-person and online therapy session. Some of the modalities I use include cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness, and acceptance work. My areas of expertise include anger, anxiety, depression, communication, stress management, emotion regulation, life transitions, self-esteem, and grief and loss.
