About…

Are you struggling with self-criticism, perfectionism, or anxiety, only to find that they’re impacting your daily life, relationships, and overall well-being? Do you feel overwhelmed and frustrated, just trying to navigate through the day? I’m here to offer you evidence-based and compassionate support tailored to your specific needs, and to guide you towards achieving your goals and finding relief in these challenging areas. Together, we can work towards fostering positive change, enhancing your well-being, and empowering you to navigate life with greater ease.

Welcome to a space where you are truly seen and heard. In our journey toward healing, you’ll find in me, a dedicated therapist committed to helping you cultivate self-compassion and self-awareness. With years of experience, I’ve honed my skills in providing compassionate support to neurodivergent and disabled individuals, recognizing and celebrating the unique strengths within each person.

I take an individualized approach, weaving together a tapestry of therapeutic techniques to meet you where you are on your path. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic theories, my goal is to create a tailored therapeutic experience that resonates with your unique needs.

At the heart of my practice is a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach. I understand that your journey is as unique as you are, and I am dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive space where we can explore and grow together. Your healing is a collaborative process, and I am here to guide you towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.

I am working towards my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Child and Family Studies from the University of Guelph. I am also certified in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and applied suicide intervention (ASIST) and have completed additional training in trauma treatment and crisis management.

I’ll equip you with the appropriate coping skills and strategies, and we’ll explore your unique strengths and challenges, empowering you to make meaningful strides toward personal growth and well-being.

I look forward to supporting you on this meaningful journey.
