The fast paced nature of our society rarely leaves space for us to explore our thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations. Therapy can help you discover new ways to enhance your self-awareness, improve your ability to cope with stress, and express your thoughts and emotions. Therapy can also provide you with the tools to face personal challenges and help you build strategies that encourage positive change. My goal is to help support you in building and maintaining healthy relationships while also exploring your personal development. I am passionate about helping people who feel stuck in the emotional patterns and who are seeking out a more fulfilled life.
I work with individuals who are questioning their current path, and curious about alternative options. Maybe you would like to look at how your patterns of thoughts and behaviours impact your wellbeing. Perhaps you would like to explore your career direction or personal relationships. Together we will take a custom approach to address your issues and work towards your goals. I whole heartedly believe that we have the capacity to change, should we desire to do so. Every human is unique and there is no one-size fits all approach to therapy. Evidence-based interventions aim to effectively and efficiently enhance the quality of intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships. I take a client-centred, empathetic, non-judgemental approach and utilize aspects of Acceptance and Commitment, Narrative, and Cognitive and Mindfulness based practices.
