About…

The weight of life and all that it brings can often become too heavy to carry on our own. During these times, seeking help is something that needs utmost courage and vulnerability. The fact that you are on this website right now is a testament to your strength and bravery, as you have taken the vital first step towards helping yourself and you are seeking relief from what is troubling you, whether that is anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, interpersonal problems, identity struggles, or stress. You have reached this point to learn ways to cope and to heal, which is what I am here to help you do.

As a woman of colour raised by two immigrants, I am not a stranger to adversity. Being a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I aim to alter my approach according to your unique needs which may involve principles from various therapeutic modalities. I seek to build a strong and collaborative therapeutic alliance with you using a culturally-informed lens.

While no one can do your inner work for you, you do not have to do it alone. I may not know what it’s like to walk in every pair of shoes in the world, but I will certainly provide a warm and safe space for you to share your experiences walking in yours. If you are seeking non-judgmental and empathetic support on your journey, please feel free to contact me.
