About…

Life can feel complicated, especially when the aspects of our lives that matter most, such as culture, family, religion, gender, and personal values, pull us in many different directions. Having navigated my own journey with identity and belonging, I bring an understanding and supportive perspective to clients who feel caught between who they are and who the world expects them to be, especially men, youth, and folks navigating LGBTQ+ or marginalized identities.

In therapy, I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain clarity on patterns in your thoughts and relationships, and build practical skills for managing emotions, setting boundaries, and improving communication. I work with clients who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, friendships, family dynamics, relationships, and self-identity, including the ways social pressures and gender norms can affect mental health.

My approach is collaborative, culturally aware, and tailored to your unique situation. No two clients are the same, and no two approaches are either. I draw from person-centered, strength-based and narrative perspectives, recognizing that the stories we tell ourselves shape our identities. By giving ourselves permission to be authentically ourselves, healing and growth can occur. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected, to both yourself and the people who matter to you, while navigating life’s complexities with compassion and understanding.
